- A weekly 30–60 minute non-medical check-in for seniors and disabled adults. Includes a friendly visit or call, safety and wellness check, light reminders, and updates shared with family or care partners as requested.
The Homemaker & Meal Prep Shift
- A 3-hour homemaker shift focused on daily living support. Includes light meal prep, kitchen tidying, grocery runs, companion sitting, medication and appointment reminders, and gentle routine support—without hands-on personal care.
The Discharge Transition
- Safe transport home from local rehab/hospital, prescription pick-ups, and setting up the kitchen and personal space for safe recovery.
